Size Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day size exchange from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a size exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Free Exchange
ERA OF THREADS provides one free size exchange per order.
We will arrange the exchange process and bear the shipping costs for the first size exchange.
Any additional exchange requests for the same order may incur shipping charges and are subject to approval.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for delivered orders.
Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:
- The customer receives a damaged product.
- The customer receives an incorrect product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue for verification.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Used or washed products.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Exchange Process
To request a size exchange:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and exchange request details.
- Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
- Once the original product is received and inspected, the replacement product will be shipped.
